The luxurious residential complex Tintyava Gardens comprising of two buildings with five sections is located in Izgrev Residential Area, in immediate proximity to Diana National Sports Complex and Loven Park (Hunting Park). It is at only 10 minutes distance from the city center of Sofia and the Ring Road.
